Land Planning Systems will be relocating
to the East Lake Professional Office Center in the summer of
2007 on Hilmoor Drive in Port St. Lucie. This is the first office
building within East Lake Village, a traditional mixed use neighborhood
within the city’s 1,700 acre Community Rede-velopment Area (CRA).

 Our president, Steven Ball, initiated the city’s CRA during his tenure with Port St. Lucie and Land Planning Systems continues to work on various redevelopment issues in this area including establishment of a urban infill and redevelopment designation
in the city’s Comprehensive Plan, as well as other land use changes and zoning codes for the City Center project – the new downtown for Port St. Lucie.
