Steven Ball, owner
and President of the firm has 25 years of experience in both the public
and private sector. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Conservation and
a Master's degree in Regional Planning. He has worked at a senior level
for both governments and the private sectors in Florida since 1986.
He also has experience teaching and has worked in the Pacific Northwest
and in New Zealand.
Mr. Ball is a nationally certified planner (AICP) and has several continuing education certifications. He spent 9 years as the Director of Planning & Zoning for Port St. Lucie, Florida, one of the largest and fastest growing communities in the state (and country). Mr. Ball has worked on a variety of planning and development projects of all sizes, including numerous Developments of Regional Impact projects (DRI's) and Planned Unit Developments (PUD’s). He has training in computer design, geographic information systems analysis and land use conflict resolution. He has current experience with energy planning and implementation of green technologies. |
